Dragon Ball FighterZ DLC Character Gogeta Arrives This Month
After a brief showing during an EVO 2019 trailer, it appears the fusion Gogeta is poised to join Dragon Ball FighterZ‘s roster on September 26.
The news comes from Ryokutya2089’s report of the latest V-Jump issue, which was translated by Gematsu. Gogeta is expected retail for $5 USD / $7 AUD / £4 GBP, and comes equipped with his signature “Stardust Breaker” and “Ultimate Kamehameha” special attacks. Developer Arc System Works and publisher Bandai Namco have yet to make an official announcement.
Gogeta is the fifth DLC character in Dragon Ball FighterZ’s FighterZ Pass 2, which includes GT Goku, Janemba, Jiren, and Videl. The pass’ final DLC character, Broly (from Dragon Ball Super) has yet to be revealed. The FighterZ Pass 2 retails for $25 USD / $36 AUD / £20 GBP, but each DLC character can be purchased individually for $5 USD / $7 AUD / £4 GBP.
Dragon Ball FighterZ’s last DLC character, Janemba, leaked ahead of his official release. During EVO 2019, Bandai Namco officially announced Janemba with a flashy trailer that concluded with a glance of Gogeta. Janemaba joined Dragon Ball FighterZ’s roster on August 8 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Pre-Order Guide: Exotics, Deluxe Edition, And More
The release of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, the game’s next DLC expansion, is fast approaching, and if you’re considering a pre-order, so you’re ready for all of the new content, then good news: we’ve put together this little guide for everything you need to know before making a decision.
First thing you need to know is Destiny 2 is going free-to-play with the release of Shadowkeep on October 1. This new version of Destiny 2 is called New Light and includes everything but the annual pass and Forsaken expansion. Thankfully, you don’t have to own Forsaken to access any content from Shadowkeep. Unlike all previous Destiny 2 expansions, there is no physical edition for Shadowkeep, so your choices are limited to your respective platform’s digital storefronts.
In addition to the expansion, you’ll also get the Season of the Undying’s season pass. Of course, the Season of the Undying will only be active for three months, so if you pass on pre-ordering and pick up Shadowkeep in the future, then it’s important to know that you’ll get the season pass for whichever season is currently active at the time.
In addition to the new expansion, October 1 marks the day Destiny 2 on PC migrates from Battle.net to Steam. Please check out the links below to learn how to set this up, so your account is ready on day one. We’ve also provided a link that teaches you how to set up cross-save, allowing you to play on multiple platforms. Unfortunately, however, you will need to own the expansions on every platform you wish to play on.
- Get your Destiny 2 Battle.net account ready for the Steam migration
- Set up Destiny 2 cross-save for multi-platform play
Destiny 2 pre-order bonuses

All pre-orders of Shadowkeep come with the Two-Tailed Fox Exotic Rocket Launcher and the Chasing Kitsune Hive-themed Ornament.
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep

The $35 base version of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep comes with the Shadowkeep expansion, Season of the Undying, and pre-order bonuses. If you buy the base version after the Season of the Undying ends, you’ll get the current, active season’s pass. Additional season passes will cost 1,000 Silver (around $10 USD).
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe edition

The $60 Digital Deluxe edition comes with everything from the base version, in addition to the Digital Deluxe Pack, which includes four season passes, the Hearing Whispers Exotic Emote, an Eris Morn Exotic Ghost Shell, and the Benighted Omen Emblem.
Destiny 2 Season Of The Undying Adds New Vex Activity
It feels like every day, Bungie is releasing new details about what players will be doing over the next few months after the release of Destiny 2‘s Shadowkeep expansion. A new ViDoc provided details about Shadowkeep and Year Three this week, and now we know a little more about what to expect from the first live content drop that starts at Shadowkeep’s launch, the Season of the Undying.
We know from Bungie’s updates that in Shadowkeep, players will take on the Hive and deal with Nightmares, a new form of enemy that represent the trauma Guardians have faced on the moon. Whatever the Hive is up to for that first week after Shadowkeep’s launch is going to get a response from the other forces in the solar system, though. The Season of the Undying kicks off on October 5 with the start of the new Vex Offensive activity, in which the time-traveling robots start invading the moon.

So not only will you be facing whatever new threat the Hive poses, but at roughly the same time, the Vex will make a big push that you’ll have deal with, as well. Here’s the description of what’s happening in the Season of the Undying from Bungie’s rundown:
“As Guardians delve into the Black Garden, portals open allowing timeless Vex war machines to strike back with their own counter-offensive on the Moon. They won’t stop until the moon becomes another one of their strongholds. Find a way to end the invasion.”
Destiny 2 Recent News
According to Bungie’s details, you’ll work with Ikora Rey to find the source of the invasion (which seems likely to be the Black Garden from Destiny 1 and its new raid, Garden of Salvation). You’ll participate in Vex Offensive, which is a six-player matchmade activity, and chase down new weapons specific to it. Bungie is continuing to allow players to chase exactly the loot they want, it seems like–the rundown says you’ll pick what specific weapon or armor you’re hoping to earn in Vex Offensive and unlock it by completing a Pursuit related to it.

While some pieces of content are free to all Destiny 2 players, as detailed on Bungie’s content calendar, you’ll need to pay to access Vex Offensive. The good news is, the Season of the Undying is included in the price of Shadowkeep. For future seasons, you’ll need to buy a Season Pass (similar to what’s seen in Fortnite or Apex Legends) in order to access seasonal activities.
Fortnite Patch Notes (Update 10.31): Party Hub And More
Epic Games has released a new update for its popular battle royale game, Fortnite. The 10.31 patch is now live on all platforms, although it’s a fairly minor one in terms of content; no new items have been added to the title this week, but players on mobile can now take advantage of the new Party Hub feature. Read on for the patch notes.
As Epic describes on its website, Party Hub is a “new feature that provides a space to link up with your friends as you prepare to drop into Fortnite.” The feature allows you to see which of your friends are online, form a party with them, and voice chat. You can learn more in Epic’s Party Hub FAQ.

Beyond that, update 10.31 mostly resolves a handful of issues with the game. The Star Wand and AC/DC Pickaxes now deal the intended amount of damage, and ziplines have been re-enabled after Epic fixed a bug that “could give players an unintended effect.” The developer has also tweaked the Storm Circle so that it no longer ends at the following areas:
- Moisty Palms
- Greasy Grove
- Tilted Town
- Retail Row
You can see all the other changes update 10.31 brings to Fortnite: Battle Royale below. Save the World and Fortnite Creative have also each received a handful of new content; the full patch notes for those modes can be found on Epic’s website.
There are still a few weeks remaining in Season 10 of Fortnite, so there’s still time to complete any outstanding tasks from this season, including last week’s Team Spirit challenges. You can find maps and guides for all of this season’s trickier missions in our complete Fortnite Season 10 challenges roundup.

Call Of Duty Mobile Release Date Announced, Features Battle Royale Mode
Call of Duty Mobile is coming to iPhone and Android very soon. Activision and Tencent announced the free-to-play mobile version of its FPS franchise will release on October 1 on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. It will sport a variety of familiar multiplayer modes and maps, along with its own Battle Royale mode.
The launch will be worldwide in all countries that support the stores, except mainland China, Vietnam, and Belgium. You can pre-register through the official site.
The announcement came alongside a trailer showing the game in action. CoD Mobile will include lots of the usual multiplayer modes like Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, and Free-For-All, along with popular maps like Nuketown, Crash, and Hijacked. You’ll also unlock several familiar faces from the series like Soap MacTavish and Alex Mason.

And while the next big PC and console Call of Duty won’t have a Battle Royale mode, this mobile release will. It will pit 100 players against each other in a map specially designed for the mode. You’ll be able to play as solos, duos, or quads, and use a wide array of land, sea, and air vehicles.
“We are delivering the definitive, first-person action experience on mobile with signature Call of Duty gameplay in the palms of your hands,” said Activision mobile VP Chris Plummer, VP, Mobile at Activision. “We are bringing together some of the best the franchise has to offer, including Modern Warfare maps like Crash and Crossfire, Black Ops maps like Nuketown and Hijacked, and many more, into one epic title. We’ve tested the game extensively in select territories and the feedback we’ve received has helped us refine the experience for October 1.”
Meanwhile, Modern Warfare is also preparing for its own launch in October, and a second beta test will be running soon. Participating can net you a shotgun for use in the game once it launches.
