Although Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is being developed by Pokemon Go developer Niantic, there are still multiple lessons it can stand to learn from Niantic’s flagship catch ’em all game. Here they are, from three die-hard Pokemon Go players on the IGN staff.

While Harry Potter: Wizards Unite shares a lot of the same mechanics as Pokemon Go in terms of its basic mechanics (catching Pokemon on the world map vs. catching Foundables, for example), the thing that differentiates Pokemon Go is that the Pokemon you’re collecting can be used for things beyond simply adding to your hoard.

Amazing Spider-Man Sets the Stage for Greatness

While much of the focus of Nick Spencer’s first year on Amazing Spider-Man has involved the buildup to an ultimate culmination of “Hunted,” the series has also been teasing a brand new, very mysterious addition to Spidey’s rogues gallery. As Spencer gears up for Year 2, that villain is finally stepping out of the shadows and taking a more active role in tormenting Peter Parker. That, plus a heavy focus on Mysterio, is enough reason to check out issue #24.

Spencer mainly divides this standalone story on two fronts, exploring how the fallout of “Hunted” continues to affect Peter and using Mysterio as a means of setting the stage for this mystery villain’s big debut. The former is especially welcome as it helps bring the Peter/MJ relationship back to the forefront of the book. As great as it is having this romance back in action a decade after Brand New Day, it hasn’t necessarily received the attention it deserves. But now that the initial “honeymoon” phase has worn off, Peter finds himself at a crossroads. Can he allow himself to be with someone he loves and risk putting them in mortal danger, especially with the terrifying visions he’s been experiencing?

The Eternals: Salma Hayek Reportedly Cast in Marvel Movie

Oscar-nominee Salma Hayek Pinault is reportedly set to star alongside other potential cast members Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden and Kumail Nanjiani in Marvel’s The Eternals.

As reported by TheWrap, details for Hayek’s character are currently unknown but, if chosen, she would join the film that would be inspired by the comic created by Jack Kirby in 1976.

The Eternals are an ancient race that were created by the Celestials alongside the more evil Deviants. Thanos, the Mad Titan who has loomed over the entire MCU up to this point, is an Eternal who carries the Deviant gene.
