Does Dark Phoenix Have a Post-Credits Scene?
Dark Phoenix hits theaters this weekend, which means you may be wondering, is there a post-credits scene? While the X-Men movies have only intermittently included after credits scenes — most notably Days of Future Past and Apocalypse — they haven’t been like the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies in terms of end credit scene surprises.
And with the X-Men now a part of the Disney empire, the current franchise comes to an end with Dark Phoenix (and, yes, 2020’s The New Mutants is the final X-related movie to be released by 20th Century Fox.)
All of which is to answer the question, should you stick around until the very end of the closing credits for any surprises or hints about what the future might hold for the X-Men?
E3 2019 Press Conference Schedule (AU Times And Dates)
E3 2019’s press conferences proper are about to begin. The EA Play livestream starts in just a few hours, and it’ll be followed over the next few days by showcases from Microsoft, Ubisoft, Nintendo, and more. Of course, with the show happening in LA, California, things can get a little confusing when trying to work out what times the shows start in your local time, so we thought we’d list the key E3 dates in Australian (AET) time below.
Of course, many of the E3 conferences happen before the show. We’ve already had Google’s Stadia Connect event and Nintendo’s pre-E3 Pokemon Sword and Shield Direct, as well as Bungie’s Destiny 2 stream, in which news like cross-save support and new Shadowkeep DLC was revealed.
But the exciting stuff is still to come. Even if we now know every event that’s happening over the next two weeks, we won’t be lacking a surplus of game news over the next week and a half. Expect plenty more rumors and leaks, too.
Below you’ll find a quick look at the start times, in AET, for all of the major events and press conferences in the coming days. For more information on each, such as how to watch and where to find a livestream of the events, click on their respective links. E3 2019: Newest Tales Of Game Has Been Leaked
In typical fashion, the pre-E3 leaks continue, but this time with publisher Bandai Namco’s upcoming new Tales game. Titled Tales of Arise, the game was leaked via screenshots showing a silver-haired protagonist adorned in armor fighting fantastical beasts and exploring a large open landscape. The images can be found below.

The Tales of Arise leak was first discovered on 4chan but was since reposted on Resetera. The leak comes amid several other leaks from Bandai Namco, which includes Ni No Kuni Remastered and the previously rumored collaboration between famed fantasy author George R.R. Martin and From Software, which appears to be called Elden Ring.
No platforms have been indicated, but it’s more than likely the game will launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC–similar to the most recent entries in the series. If Tales of Arise is, in fact, going to appear at E3 2019, we’re bound to hear about it during any of the upcoming E3 press conferences. For a full schedule of each, check out full E3 press conference schedule detailing when companies like Nintendo, Microsoft, and Square Enix are going to show off their biggest games.
E3 2019: Ni No Kuni Remastered Leaked For PS4 And Xbox One
In a series of pre-E3 2019 leaks involving publisher Bandai Namco’s lineup, a remaster of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch has leaked. According to Direct-Feed Games on Twitter, “Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered is coming to PS4 and Xbox One in Fall 2019.” Direct-Feed Games also noted that Ni no Kuni would be coming to Nintendo Switch in Fall 2019, according to the leak, though it appears that may not be a remastered version.
This leak comes on the heels of several others, all from publisher Bandai Namco. One is the previously rumored collaboration between A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) author George R.R. Martin and From Software, apparently called Elden Ring. The other is a new entry in the Tales of series, Tales of Arise.

The first Ni no Kuni originally released on PS3 in 2013 in the West and is known for its animation by the renowned Studio Ghibli.
It’s unclear when all of this news was intended to be announced. The From Software project was rumored to be slated for Microsoft’s E3 press conference on Sunday; that seems like the most likely event given that Sony is not at E3. We should know more soon–check out when everything is coming in our E3 press conference schedule.
