Hitman 3 Dartmoor Guide: How To Find And Open The Secret Rooms

The second mission in Hitman 3 sends you to a huge English mansion that’s straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. That’s not an exaggeration; the enormous estate is also the setting of a murder mystery that’s playing out at the same time as your assassination mission to eliminate Alexa Carlisle.

There are many paths through the mansion to complete your objective and eliminate Alexa Carlisle. You can even find a way to solve the murder mystery in the mansion and use your findings to manipulate the situation. To do that, though, you’ll need to uncover some of the mansion’s secrets, including a series of hidden rooms that can allow you to get into and out of certain specific areas unseen.

Finding your way into those hidden rooms is essential to mastering Dartmoor and to completing the murder mystery. But some hidden rooms are easier to find than others. Here’s a quick rundown of how to get into all the hidden rooms in Dartmoor and what tools you’ll need to access them.

Jurassic World: Dominion Director Says Movie Connects To Netflix Animated Series

Jurassic World reignited interest in dinosaur danger in 2015 enough that it turned into a second trilogy. Netflix animated spinoff Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous began as a look at what else was happening during the events of Jurassic World. When Camp Cretaceous Season 2 hits Netflix this week, though, Jurassic World: Dominion director Colin Trevorrow says the animated series will help set the stage for his big finale, Jurassic World: Dominion.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous focuses on a group of kids who, like everyone else who visits a dinosaur park, end up stranded among giant carnivorous dinosaurs and have to fend for themselves to survive. Where Season 1 focused on survival, Season 2 sees the kids “take control of their own survival.” The first season released in October 2020, and the second arrives this week, on January 22.

“It’s important to me, out of respect for the writers who are continuing to expand and create, to recognize [Camp Cretaceous] as clearly its own story and its own show,” said Colin Trevorrow, who directed both Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Dominion and executive produces Camp Cretaceous, in an interview with EW. “But this season–and if we’re granted further opportunities to tell the story that we have [in Season 3]–will keep weaving into the larger story and really inform some things, even in Dominion that will connect to discoveries made that I’m really excited about.”

LEGO Ideas Metroid Set Reveals Huge Ridley Add-On in Fan-Created Project

A fan-created LEGO set featuring characters from the Metroid franchise received another milestone update today as Ridley has now been added to the project. It features fully articulating arms, legs, a tail, and head, and can even grab minifigures in its hands.

First featured in 1994’s Super Metroid, Ridley has been one of bounty hunter Samus Aran’s longtime arch nemeses throughout the series, appearing in many subsequent games and even becoming a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate after being one of the most-requested characters for years. But this LEGO creation might be one of Ridley’s coolest iterations yet.

The project by user L-DI-EGO actually began in May 2020, but has received a steady stream of updates as more supporters have backed the project, including multiple helmet styles for Samus, space pirate variants, and an alternate Hunter-class gunship variant seen in the Metroid Prime series.

LEGO Ideas is a website where master builders can submit their ideas and if 10,000 people support the project it will be reviewed by a panel of LEGO experts and potentially be made into a real set. At any given time there can be hundreds of pop culture-inspired submissions that fans have created.

One of the more popular LEGO Ideas to gain traction recently and become an official set was the Friends-themed Central Perk set that was released in 2019 to celebrate Friends’ 25th anniversary.

Merely gaining 10,000 followers doesn’t guarantee an official set will be produced, however. A LEGO Ideas creation featuring a small diorama from Untitled Goose Game achieved the needed backers, but was ultimately passed on by The LEGO Company after review.

Nintendo surprised many when it announced a Super Mario-themed LEGO crossover series of interactive playsets last year. A new batch of LEGO Super Mario expansion sets were announced recently that are expected to launch this year and will include Chain Chomps, Wigglers, a Tanooki suit, and more.

Many longtime Nintendo fans were delighted to receive an official LEGO playset featuring an NES complete with controller and Super Mario Bros. cartridge along with a “playable” retro-style TV that released last year, as well.

If you want to support this Metroid-themed LEGO set in the hopes that it may one day become a reality make sure to head over to the LEGO Ideas page and show it some love.

Hitman 3 Murder Mystery Guide: How To Find Every Clue In Dartmoor

There’s a lot going on in Dartmoor, the second mission of Hitman 3. As usual, your job as Agent 47 is to sneak into a location–this time, a huge English mansion–and assassinate a target. But when you arrive at the mansion in Dartmoor, you discover that another murder has already taken place. You even get a chance to solve it if you steal the clothes of a certain private investigator, which opens up a few special opportunities to get close to your target.

Solving the mystery requires you to do some actual detective work, though. You have to track down clues, interview suspects, and verify alibis. The clues themselves can be a little tricky, as they include a combination of items you pick up and items you scan with your camera. Finding all the clues gives you three different options you can present when you finally share your findings with the mansion’s owner, giving you chances to manipulate the situation.

Here’s the location of every clue in the Dartmoor mansion and how to find it. Note that clues you need to scan with your camera can be tough to find, since they’re not highlighted in Instinct vision and are only highlighted through the camera viewfinder when you’re very close to them. Use the Camera icons on the map and minimap to track these down.

Hitman 3 Mission Walkthrough: Berlin (Apex Predator)

Things take a turn in Hitman 3 once you get to the third mission in Berlin called Apex Predator. You don’t have a proper handler here, and there are no Mission Stories to help you seek out your targets and objectives. This is a full-on sandbox-style mission where you need to take out several targets amid the huge crowds of ravers who’ve turned an abandoned power plant into a nightclub, and it’s quite the challenge.

In this mission, you have a total of ten possible targets of which you only need to eliminate four–your object requires five kills, but the first one is a given when using the original entry point. This gives you the freedom to assassinate whichever targets you want however you want, if you can track them down, of course. As with any Hitman mission, there are many options for entry points, exits, methods of assassination, disguises, and more. Here, we walk through some tips for your first run, but if you want specifics on how to eliminate this mission’s various targets, be sure to check out our assassination and challenges guide for the Berlin level. Otherwise, check out our other guides below.

An Easy Entry Point

When you start the mission for the first time, you’ll be on the side of a road with a gas station in sight. Stick to the right side of the road to find a grassy path down to the power plant. You’ll pass a dead body and a watchtower (which you can use later on as a sniping spot). Eventually, your freebie target walks by, leaving him open for you to sneak up and kill him. Take his earpiece and get down to the power plant.
