A New Starship Troopers Game Is Coming in 2020

A new Starship Troopers game is arriving on PC in 2020. It’ll drop you right into the 1997 film’s universe just as the human colony is being overrun by Arachnids. From there, you’ll have to deploy complex tactics as you take the fight into bug territory with elite soldiers.

The game comes from publishers Slitherine and Sony Pictures, who announced that Starship Troopers – Terran Command is being made by war game studio The Aristocrats. It will be available for PC via Steam in 2020.

Zelda Dungeon Maker Becomes a Reality (Sort of) in Mario Maker 2 Update

The most exciting new thing hitting Super Mario Maker 2 is the ability to wield Link’s Master Sword, and of course, become Link himself. Playing as Link comes with a whole new varied movelist. Link can fire arrows in multiple directions, pull out bombs on command, ground slam with his sword, and dash forward with his sword out. Several times through my playthrough was I told that I solved something an unintended way, but to me, that’s where the fun comes in. Seeing a problem and coming up with my own solution is something I don’t think I will ever tire of, and I can’t wait for these to be in the wild to see what level creators come up with. While it’s still not a full-on “Zelda Maker,” this should still scratch that itch for now, and is hopefully an indication that Nintendo will one day make the long asked for ‘Zelda Dungeon Maker’ a reality.
