Niantic Deleting Illegal Pokemon Go Catches

Niantic is cleaning house in Pokemon Go by deleting Pokemon obtained by illicit means.

On Twitter, Niantic announced that it would be taking measures to make the game “fun and fair” by countering third party services that players can use to cheat. In this case, Pokemon caught using such services will be deleted and replaced by a red diagonal line, as a mark of shame in your Pokedex.

These Pokemon can’t be used, making them useless. One Twitter user helpfully shared what this looks like:

Anthem: E3 Announcements Teased, Trailer Coming Next Week

We’re finally going to get to see more of Bioware’s upcoming action RPG with a newly announced trailer dropping on June 9.

The news came via the game’s official Twitter account which has been roused back to life this week with the impending arrival of E3 2018. The tweet is a short cinematic teaser for a livestream scheduled for Saturday, June 9.

God of War on Track to Become Fastest Game to Reach 1 Billion Views on YouTube

God of War is on its way to racking up 1 billion views on YouTube in record time.

Since its release on April 20, data analyst Matchmade reports that God of War amassed 728 million views on YouTube by the end of the month. If it maintains its momentum on the platform, it’ll be on track to break 1 billion views by June or July, making it the fastest game to reach the milestone in YouTube history.

Fortnite is currently the most-watched game on YouTube, overtaking Minecraft in March, and topped 1 billion views five months after launch, and three months after the release of battle royale.

DC’s Perfect Answer to Avengers: Infinity War – I’ve Got Issues

With Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War raking in positive reviews and a whole lot of box office dollars, and last year’s Justice League proving to be an underwhelming movie, DC fans are left without a blockbuster superhero adventure to enjoy. Or are they? Though comparing a movie to a comic is like comparing apples to oranges, the recently-concluded Justice League: No Justice mini-series manages to scratch the same itch as Infinity War by delivering an epic superhero mashup story with great action, plenty of humor, and big stakes.

Warning: I’m going to talk about some general plot points in Justice League: No Justice, but I won’t spoil any of the big twists, just in case you want to check it out.
