The story will follow Agent 47 as he works to “hunt the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia once and for all.”
The trailer includes a vignette of a Miami racing meet-up location, but “sun-drenched streets and dark and dangerous rainforests” are also on the cards.

Marvel’s Jeph Loeb on Whether The Defenders: Season 2 Is Planned
Looks like we may have to wait a long, long while before we get a second season of Marvel’s The Defenders. If at all.
During an AMA on Reddit today, as picked up by CBR, Marvel’s head of TV Jeph Loeb revealed a second season of the Netflix team-up series was simply “not in the plans right now, but you never know!”
The Defenders saw Marvel’s New York City street-level heroes Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist join forces to take on The Hand. The 8-episode first season, which debuted on August 18, 2017, was even the reportedly least-watched Marvel series launch on the streaming giant in the U.S.
Star Wars, Westworld Studio Is Getting Into Gaming
Bad Robot, the film and TV production company led by Star Wars director JJ Abrams, is getting into gaming in a bigger way. The company has opened a video game division called Bad Robot Games.
Chinese internet giant Tencent is investing money into the studio, while Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is also involved, but only as a “synergistic minority investor.” Bad Robot did not disclose the terms of the agreement, though the company did say Tencent gets the rights to distribute all of Bad Robot’s games in Asia.
It sounds like Bad Robot Games may not make games itself, at least not completely or in every situation. In a press release, the studio said it will “team up” with “traditional game developers” to work on big and small games for console, PC, and mobile.
Abrams said in a statement that he is pretty stoked to launch Bad Robot Games. “I’m a massive games fan, and increasingly envious of the amazing tools developers get to work with, and the worlds they get to play in,” he said. “Now we are doubling down on our commitment to the space with a unique co-development approach to game making that allows us to focus on what we do best, and hopefully be a meaningful multiplier to our developer partners.”
Bad Robot has already done some work in the video game space, as it collaborated with Valve in 2015 for Team Fortress 2‘s Pass Time mode. Additionally, Bad Robot continues to work on Epic’s Spyjinx, though we have not heard much about this project in a very long time.
Some of Bad Robot’s film and TV endeavours have included a handful of projects that Abrams has directed or been heavily involved with, including the 2009 Star Trek reboot, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, 10 Cloverfield Lane, and the hit TV shows Lost and Westworld.
New Pokemon Go Water Festival Event Going On Now
Pokemon Go‘s Adventure Week event may be over, but a new in-game event is now underway for a limited time. From now until June 21, players will be able to take part in the returning Water Festival, which offers a variety of bonuses, along with another chance to catch a powerful Legendary Pokemon.
Among other things, Water Pokemon such as Magikarp and Wailmer will spawn more frequently for the duration of the event. On top of that, 2km Eggs will hatch into Totodile, Mudkip, Corphish, and other Water-types, and every Egg that’s hatched will reward players with double the usual amount of Candy and Stardust.
Niantic also teases that players will be able to encounter Shiny Shellder during the event, making this the first time its Shiny variant will be available in the game. In keeping with the theme, Raid Battles will feature “powerful” Water-type Pokemon, including Kyogre, which is returning to Gyms for the duration of the event. Even if you’ve previously captured the Legendary, Niantic teases that it too may appear in its Shiny form this time around.
Along with the aforementioned bonuses, players have a new set of Field Research quests to complete. These likewise revolve around Water Pokemon, and achieving a Research Breakthrough will reward players with another encounter with the Legendary Articuno. You can read more details about the Water Festival event on the official Pokemon Go website.
In addition to the Water Festival, the next Pokemon Go Community Day is right around the corner. The event takes place on Saturday, June 16, and offers players a chance to earn triple the normal amount of XP for capturing Pokemon. The Rock-type Larvitar will also appear much more frequently during the event, although Niantic has yet to reveal what exclusive move it will be able to learn.
